Lucky Saint launched in October 2018 with an ambition to change the perception and drinking experience of alcohol-free beer, worldwide. Since the launch of our classic alcohol-free lager, Lucky Saint has received widespread attention from top industry professionals, the UK’s best operators, and the media. To put it simply, we are revolutionising the alcohol-free beer category. Already listed in 5,000 outlets across the UK - including 40 Michelin star restaurants, Dishoom, The Ivy Collection and Honest Burger - as well as listings with Sainsbury’s, Tesco, major online retailers plus Exporting into Europe, we’re growing - fast.

 

Our founder Luke spent two years, working with six different brewers in three countries sourcing only the finest ingredients and pushing the boundaries of brewing in the pursuit of creating the world’s best alcohol-free lager. Unfiltered. Uncompromising. Unapologetic. Rewarding those who aren’t drinking with the beer they deserve.

 

We have won numerous awards and have been welcomed by the prestigious BBPA (British Beer and Pub Association) as its first alcohol free member in it’s 116 year history. Once again pushing boundaries and changing expectations.

 

We strive to ensure every touch point our stakeholders have is exceptional and lockdown gave us the opportunity to step-change our growth in DTC with sales +400%: we quickly became the second largest lager brand on Amazon and sales on our website to returning customers exceed 50%.

 

We are currently a small, growing team, who all passionately care about the brand and maintaining exceptionally high standards at all touch points of the business - whether that’s working with consumers, customers, our suppliers and each other. THE OPPORTUNITY 

The E-Commerce Manager will own all aspects of the luckysaint.co Shopify experience and our Amazon store, and will manage ad spend according to commercial KPIs.

We are looking for an experienced e-commerce manager who has previously focused on acquisition strategies to drive growth, and constant optimization to improve conversion. You’ll need to be both strategic and hands-on, with key responsibilities including budget management, development of sales campaigns and the day-to-day monitoring of sales and activity.

 

Other duties include project managing site development, working with colleagues and external consultants / agencies and ensuring that the brand message and goals align with the rest of the company. You’ll ultimately manage the digital marketing strategy across all digital channels including PPC, SEO, email and paid social.

Reporting into: Head of Marketing

Managing: external agencies and digital marketing specialists
 

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery of commercial KPIs and reporting on channel P&L

Regular reporting to management team, Founder and MD

Delivering Lucky Saint’s E-Commerce strategy, focusing on acquisition

Day-to-day running of our e-commerce website and Amazon store

Collaborating on design and development of website and managing external site development agencies

Monitor web analytics and record category context on an ongoing basis

Compile accurate reports on site traffic and sales whilst identifying opportunities

UX: Optimise the customer journey & experience with conversion in mind

Manage external agencies and digital marketing specialists to develop and execute detailed improvement roadmaps

Drive acquisition and retention improvements by developing strategic plans for digital marketing channels including:

SEO and Paid Search

Paid Social advertising

Email marketing

What you will need:

A love of brands and retailing online

Key understanding of web analytics; tools, reporting and insights

Proven Website Management experience in the eCommerce space (Shopify experience ideal)

A passion for improving user experience and conversion rate performance

Experience of managing people & working with external agencies to implement projects

Experience working on and managing digital marketing strategies


Experience of content management, social media and copywriting with an attention to detail
