Lucky Saint launched in October 2018 with an ambition to redefine expectations of alcohol-free beer and we are looking for someone to join us on our journey. In 3 years, we have grown from an idea in the head of Luke Boase, our founder, to a team of 35 highly motivated, talented individuals set on changing the drinks industry.

We launched in October 2018 with an ambition to redefine expectations of alcohol-free beer. Luke spent two years, working with six different brewers in three countries in the pursuit of creating the world’s best alcohol-free pilsner. Unfiltered. Uncompromising. Unapologetic. Rewarding all those who aren’t drinking with the beer they deserve.

Lucky Saint is now the UK’s biggest dedicated Alcohol Free beer brand, and The Official Beer of Dry Jan ‘22 and championing change with our partnership with Harry Corin and Mental Health First Aid. We’re listed in 3000 premium venues across the UK including 40 Michelin star restaurants, The Ivy Collection, Honest Burger, Dishoom, Hawksmoor, Incipio, Pizza Pilgrims and many more plus 2500 grocery stores, including 85% of all Sainsbury’s. In Q1 ‘22 we will apply to become a BCorp - in line with our 3 team-generated values of: Be Generous, Stay Humble, Get Lucky.

The London Sales Executive will foster and build exceptional relationships with our influential customer base, drive new business, and support the London sales strategy, feeding into the wider on-trade plan.
You’ll need to be both strategic and hands-on, these accounts are among the most influential in the UK and you will be expected to know them inside out - building truly collaborative relationships that deliver for both Lucky Saint and the customer.


Reporting into: The Head of London On Trade
What you’ll be responsible for

  • Deliver: Delivering the company’s Sales and Profit targets for the On-Trade channel in London – focused specifically on South London - through exploding our performance within market leading independents
  • Distribution: Maximise distribution of draught and packaged beer through developing cast-iron relationships with all relevant On Trade customers, wholesalers, their sales teams, and their decision makers to create a sales strategy driven to influence

  • Account Management: You will manage, nurture and grow an existing portfolio of Lucky Saint customers

  • Business Development: You will build relationships with prospective customers, growing our customer base and distribution with the absolute best independent venues throughout London.

  • Drivers: You will deliver brilliant category and customer activation plans to drive customer engagement and ROS

  • Team Support: Support and assist on a tiered targeting team strategy for securing key accounts

  • Expertise: Continually develop your understanding of both the beer and non-alcoholic category with a focus on a data driven approach to sales.
  • Be Generous: You will feedback fantastic insight to the business and deliver business performance course-correcting where needed as well as effectively maintain an up-to-date CRM and any business essential administration.




The successful candidate will be hands-on: a bright, commercially-minded individual. They will be humble, engaging, resilient and able to act with pace. The candidate will have high integrity, outstanding communication and organisational skills, a glass-half full mentality, sound, pragmatic business judgement, and be dynamic, energising and entrepreneurial.
