We’ve taken pride in our packaging since our first box was delivered. We recently reworked our boxes and as a result will save 39 tonnes of cardboard in 2024. That's equivalent to 662 trees.
We are working with Mental Health First Aid England to train our team and hundreds of hospitality professionals. Training helps equip individuals with the skills to support others experiencing mental health challenges.
The Lucky Saint pub has been open for a year. We are working closely with the brilliant team at First Mile recycling, to ensure we dispose of our waste responsibly to minimise our climate impact.
As our business grows we’re committed to an industry leading company culture. We offer our team two days of volunteering a year. This year we will be implementing an enhanced holiday policy – giving the team extra days and flexibility to take time off when they need it.
