Pentire Radler

With a strong botanical base, this serve combines Lucky Saint with Pentire Adrift, an alcohol-free spirit distilled using unique botanicals from the Cornish coastline. This elevated Radler is a perfect lunchtime refreshment.

  • Lucky Saint Premium Unfiltered Lager – 100ml
  • Pentire Adrift – 35ml
  • Fresh Lemon Juice – 15ml
  • Agave – 1 tbsp
  • Garnish with a lemon slice

Combine a chilled Lucky Saint into your glass with the Pentire Adrift and a squeeze of lemon juice. Add a dash of agave for a touch of sweetness and stir.

 

Toothless

A fruit-forward serve that blends flavours of apple, blackcurrant and lemon. Another Lucky Saint topped cocktail that offers an uplifting alternative to your Dry January drink of choice.

  • Lucky Saint Premium Unfiltered Lager – 100ml
  • Apple juice – 50ml
  • Blackcurrant cordial – 15ml
  • Fresh lemon juice – 15ml

Combine all ingredients and ice into a shaker. No cocktail shaker to hand? An old jam jar does the trick. Shake until blended and add the mix to a glass over some ice. Top with Lucky Saint for a perfectly balanced pour.

 

Spicy Michelada

Delivering a kick from the very first sip, the Spicy Michelada is a bold addition to your weekend brunch. This serve balances heat from the Tajin-coated rim, with a cooling touch of cucumber to garnish.

  • Lucky Saint Premium Unfiltered Lager – 125ml
  • Hot sauce – 10ml
  • Agave – 10ml
  • Lime juice – 25ml
  • Garnish with a fresh wedge of cucumber

For extra heat, rim your glass with Tajin. Add 10ml of sriracha and a dash of agave to a chilled glass of Lucky Saint lager. For more balance, squeeze 25ml of fresh lime juice into the glass and stir generously. To cool things down, garnish with a slice of cucumber.

 

Virgin Hemingway

Designed to lift winter gatherings, this citrus-led aperitif is a sophisticated non-alcoholic twist on the classic Daiquiri. Perfect as an after-dinner serve to offer your guests.

  • Non-alcoholic rum or grapefruit alcohol-free spirit (e.g., Giffard or Seedlip) – 50ml
  • Fresh pink grapefruit juice – 25ml
  • Fresh lime juice – 15 ml
  • Maraschino cherry syrup (or cherry liqueur syrup) – 10ml
  • Sugar syrup (optional, to taste)
  • Ice 

Combine all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds until chilled. Double strain into a martini-style glass. Garnish with a peel of grapefruit for an extra citrussy touch.

 

Coastal Spritz

Another signature favourite from Pentire. A careful blend of blood orange, sea rosemary & oakwood curates an elegant balance of coastal tones with subtle bitter flavours.

  • Pentire Coastal Spritz – 50ml
  • Light tonic or soda water – 150ml
  • Ice
  • Garnish with an orange slice and sprig of rosemary

Fill a large wine/ spritz-style glass with ice and pour in the Pentire Coastal Spritz. Top with tonic water, then lightly stir. Garnish with an orange wedge and a fresh rosemary sprig for more colour.

 

Pineapple Express 

Effortlessly prepared, this serve brings a fresh note to seasonal entertaining. A tropical blend of Giffard Ananas and lime, topped up with Lucky Saint. It’s an uplifting touch to winter gatherings.

  • Lucky Saint Premium Unfiltered Lager – 125ml
  • Giffard Ananas – 15ml
  • Freshly squeezed lime juice – 20ml
  • Sugar syrup – 5ml
  • Garnish with a sprig of mint

Build this cocktail in a wine glass over ice. Add the Giffard Ananas, lime, sugar syrup and stir. Fill the glass with Lucky Saint and lightly mix again. For a pop of colour and herbaceous edge, garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
