Lemon Highball
Simple to make. The Lucky Saint Lemon Highball is built for summer. It pairs our Lemon Lager with Botivo and ginger for a sharp yet refreshing serve.
- 150ml Lucky Saint Superior Lemon Lager (chilled)
- 50ml Botivo
- 10ml Ginger Syrup
- Lemon peel
- Fill a highball glass with cubed ice,
- Pour in 50ml of Botivo.
- Add 10ml ginger syrup.
- Top with Lucky Saint Lemon Lager.
- Gently stir to combine.
- Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
BBQ Roasted Cauliflower with Rose Harissa & Lemon Lager Glaze

- Splash of Lucky Saint Alcohol Free Superior Lemon Lager
- 2 cauliflowers, cut into thick steaks through the core
- Salt (for blanching)
- 3 tbsp rose harissa
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- Optional: serve in seeded brioche burger bun
- Blanch: Simmer cauliflower steaks in salted water for 5 mins. Drain and cool.
- Mix: Combine harissa, oil, garlic, and a splash of lager to form the marinade.
- Brush & Rest: Coat cauliflower and rest overnight or as long as possible.
- BBQ: Grill on indirect heat, lid on. Baste often. Cook until golden and tender.
- Alternative: Roast in the oven at 200°C, then finish on the BBQ.
