Fresh and fruity, this Lucky Saint topped cocktail is a blend of apple blackcurrant and lemon. 

Ingredients 
  • 125ml Lucky Saint Alcohol Free Superior Unfiltered Lager (chilled)
  • 25ml Blackcurrant Syrup
  • 50ml Cloudy Apple Juice
  • 20ml Lemon Juice 
Recipe
  1. Put 25ml blackcurrant syrup into a shaker. 
  2. Add 50ml apple juice. 
  3. Add 20ml lemon juice. 
  4. Fill the shaker with ice. 
  5. Put the lid on and shake well. 
  6. Pour into your choice of glass. 
  7. Top with 125ml chilled Lucky Saint Superior Unfiltered Lager. 

 

Onglet Steak with Mustard, Chill and Lucky Saint Superior Unfiltered Lager

Serves: 4 | Prep Time: 10 mins | Cook Time: ~10 mins | Rest Time: 15 mins

Ingredients 
  • 50ml Lucky Saint Superior Unfiltered Lager 
  • 4 onglet or hanger steaks 
  • 50ml olive oil 
  • 10g sea salt 
  • 25g Dijon mustard 
  • Pinch of chilli flakes 
  • Freshly ground black pepper  
  • 4 garlic cloves, smashed 
  • Few sprigs of thyme or rosemary
Recipe
  1. Mix: Combine all marinade ingredients. Add steaks and marinate in the fridge, ideally overnight.   
  2. Pre-Cook: Remove steaks and gently wipe off excess marinade.
  3. Grill: Cook on a medium BBQ flame or grill until internal temperature reaches 43°C. 
  4. Rest: Let sit for 15 minutes until temperature rises to 52°C for medium-rare
  5. Slice & Serve: Cut against the grain for maximum tenderness.
